The sea is never still, and neither are we. The ‘Tidal State’ collection explores the ebb and flow of life through the ever-changing rhythm of the ocean.
This release features four pieces: Evolution, Amphitrite, Tide by Side, and Highs and Lows which reflect the calm, quiet clarity we often experience when we are near the ocean. The sea has a remarkable way of quietening the noise of everyday life, inviting us to slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with the present moment.
Like the tides, life is constantly changing. Our emotions rise and fall like waves. Let them move through you, and trust that the tide will turn.

Emma Tilia Art
Based in South Wales, UK, Emma creates contemporary paintings that sit between abstraction and realism. Through flowing bands of colour, her work captures the contours and undulations of land- and seascapes, often featuring tiny, hyper-realistic people, animals, or objects.
Inspired by the quiet intensity of being immersed in nature, the Lake District where she grew up, travel, and moments of complete focus and presence, her paintings invite viewers to pause, reflect, and reconnect to the world around them.
